Step 3: buy your package and keep access
Use the package purchase button to open Waffo’s hosted checkout. Review the amount and currency before confirming payment. Return to this site and check payment status; generation requires the paid balance to be recorded for your browser account. If payment is still pending, use Check payment rather than buying the same package again.
Save the recovery code offered by the generator so you can restore package access if your browser session is lost. Keep it private. Clearing cookies can remove browser access; it does not delete server task records or output.
Step 4: generate without writing a prompt
Leave Appearance notes blank, or add optional details such as keeping your hairstyle and outfit. The service creates the scene and action instructions automatically. Confirm your age, photo permission and acceptance of the linked policies, then choose Generate my video once your package balance and selected format are available.
Your submitted photo and prepared instructions are processed by the model and content-review services. Read the Privacy Policy for storage, processing and deletion requests.
Step 5: follow progress and download your MP4
Follow the task status in the generator. The workflow creates the video, synchronizes mouth movements and applies the source soundtrack. Technical validation and content review must complete before the private MP4 download appears. Processing time varies; the service does not promise a fixed completion time.
Keep your browser account or recovery code available for access. Your result is AI-generated footage; exact choreography, timing and identity preservation are not guaranteed.
If a task fails or payment is uncertain
A failed or uncertain task does not automatically trigger another paid generation. Check the existing task or order status first. For failed delivery, a duplicate charge or an unusable result, review the refund policy and contact support with your task or order ID. Do not send card details, passwords or recovery codes.

How do payment and package access work?
Waffo hosts package checkout. This website does not store raw card numbers. Package access is granted after server-confirmed payment, not simply from a success message in the browser.

If confirmation is delayed, check the existing order instead of buying again. Save your private recovery code to restore package access if you lose your browser session.
What happens to my photo?
Your photo is used to create and review your requested video. It stays private and is not published publicly. Contact support to request deletion of your photo and video.

What happens if I do not receive a usable video?
Failed or uncertain tasks do not automatically start another paid generation. For failed delivery, duplicate charges or an unusable result, contact support with the task or order ID within 14 days of purchase. Refund review covers the affected attempt or undelivered part of a package; it does not automatically include already delivered attempts.
