Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

These rules cover photos, prompts, generated results and use of this image-to-video product. Submit consenting-adult photos for which you have the necessary rights.

Prohibited content

• Pornography / NSFW: explicit sexual content or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Violence / gore: graphic injury, brutality, threats or promotion of harm.
• Hate speech: abuse or dehumanization of protected groups.
• Child-unsafe content / CSAM: sexualization, exploitation or unsafe depictions of minors. Photos of minors are not accepted.
• Deepfakes / impersonation: deceptive likenesses, celebrity or political-figure imitation, forged evidence or misleading endorsements.
• Copyright / trademark infringement: unauthorized footage, music, characters, brand assets or false affiliation.

Platform checks

The generation pipeline reviews the prepared photo and prompt before model submission and sampled output frames before delivery. An updateable term blocklist supplements model-based review; decision metadata is retained. Missing, failed or uncertain review holds or blocks the task. Technical format validation is separate from content review.

Enforcement

Requests may be blocked or held for review, and private downloads may be withheld or stored output removed. No review decision automatically starts another paid task. These actions do not claim account bans, credit forfeiture or removal from a public customer gallery.

Reporting and appeals

Use [email protected] to report suspected violations or request review of a decision. Include a task/content identifier, the concern and non-sensitive supporting information. Reports are assessed against these rules and available review records.
